Zucchini casserole with chicken

Smakota (Smakotainfo.com) offers to cook delicious and incredibly tender zucchini casserole with chicken. Such a casserole will taste good both hot and cold. From the first minutes of being in the oven, the zucchini casserole with chicken will fill your kitchen with an extraordinary aroma.

Recipe for zucchini casserole with chicken

  • Zucchini – 1 kg.
  • Chicken – 500 g.
  • Eggs – 2 pieces.
  • Oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Flour – 4 tbsp.
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp.
  • Soda – 0,5 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1,5 tsp. (can be replaced with vinegar).
  • Hard cheese – 40 g.
  • Salt pepper.

Grate zucchini on a coarse grater. Add eggs, sour cream to the zucchini, mix well, add flour and oil, the dough should have the consistency of not very thick sour cream.

Finely cut the raw chicken (fillet or other parts of the chicken does not matter) into not thick pieces, add to the zucchini mass, salt, pepper, mix everything well and send it to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Remove the mass from the refrigerator, add 0,5 tsp. of soda, extinguish it with lemon juice (or vinegar) and pour into a deep form previously greased with oil. 15 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle with grated cheese.
