Zucchini dumplings with semolina

Quick to prepare, tender and juicy zucchini dumplings with semolina. Thanks to their quick preparation, they can be served for breakfast and dinner and as a quick snack.

  • Zucchini – 600 g.
  • Manka – 6 tbsp.
  • Salt – 2 tsp.
  • Eggs – 2 pieces.

Zucchini dumplings with semolina – recipe

Grate zucchini on a coarse grater. Salt and leave for 15-20 minutes, squeeze out the juice.

Add eggs, mix well. Add semolina, mix well again. You can start frying right away, or you can leave the mass for 15-20 minutes so that the semolina gains moisture and swells.

Heat a frying pan with oil, add the zucchini mass with a spoon, fry on medium heat until golden brown.

Derunas are served hot, with sour cream or with your favorite sauce.
