Wash the zucchini and cut into rings up to 1 cm thick.

At the bottom of a well-washed one-liter jar, put 1 clove and allspice, 2-3 peas of black pepper, an umbrella of dill, then tightly put chopped zucchini.

Prepare the marinade. Bring water to a boil, add salt and sugar, stir until completely dissolved, then add ketchup and vinegar. Mix well.

Pour marinade over zucchini, sterilize for 10-15 minutes. We close the jars, wrap them and keep them until they cool completely.
