Wash the zucchini, dry it, cut it into medium cubes. Place zucchini cubes in a thick-walled pan, cover with sugar, mix gently and leave for 1 hour. During this time, the zucchini will release juice.

Wash the lemon, dry it, cut it together with the peel into thin plates or into small cubes.

We put a pan with zucchini on the fire, bring to a boil, stirring, add lemon. Cook our jam, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn off and leave until completely cool.

When the jam has completely cooled, put it on the fire again, bring it to a boil, remove it from the heat, leave it until it cools completely.

Bring to a boil once more and immediately pour into sterilized jars, cover with lids.
