Cooking zucchini pancakes

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, squeeze out the excess juice. Add eggs, kefir, mix. Add salt, flour, mix.

Beat with a blender to a uniform consistency. Add chopped dill and beat again with a blender. Add baking soda.

Pour the batter into the heated pan, for the first pancake, grease the pan with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Brush each pancake with a thin layer of melted butter.
