Zucchini pyramids

Zucchini pyramids very tasty and healthy snack. They are prepared very quickly, do not require excessive effort. You can use garlic oil or sesame oil to fry zucchini. Sunflower oil is also perfect. Ingredients for making zucchini pyramids:

  • young zucchini – 3 pcs.
  • carrots – 2 pcs.
  • garlic – 4 cloves.
  • onion – 1 pcs.
  • oil – 5 tbsp.
  • sweet paprika – 1 tsp.
  • curry – 2 pinches.
  • chili pepper – 1 pinch.
  • turmeric – 2 pinches.
  • black pepper, ground – to taste.
  • salt – to taste.

Preparation of zucchini pyramids:

We choose young zucchini so that there are no seeds in the middle. The width of the pyramids depends on the diameter of the zucchini.

Zucchini is cut into circles, salted and set aside for a while. Drain the juice and fry each slice in oil on both sides until golden brown. We put the zucchini on a napkin so that the oil drains and they are not too greasy.

Wash and peel the carrots. Rub on a grater. We clean the garlic. We pass it through the press. Peel and cut the onion. Add onions to carrots. Fry carrots with seasonings in oil.
