Zucchini with mayonnaise and garlic sauce

Young zucchini have already become available to everyone,therefore, they must be prepared according to our recipe. The dish is very simple and quick to prepare, and the garlic and mayonnaise sauce will add an incredible taste.

Necessary products for cooking zucchini with mayonnaise and garlic sauce

  • Young zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • Young garlic – 1 head.
  • Mayonnaise – 100
  • Flour – 100 g.
  • Oil – for frying.
  • Salt – to taste.

Cooking zucchini with mayonnaise and garlic sauce

1. Wash young zucchini thoroughly under running water. Cut the washed zucchini into circles (not thick). Salt to taste.

2. Pour the flour into a more convenient (deep and wide) container. Place the zucchini circles in flour and sprinkle on all sides.

3. In a frying pan with the addition of oil, fry the zucchini circles for 1-1,5 minutes on both sides.

4. Prepare the sauce. Add garlic chopped with a garlic press to the mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.

5. Put the dish in layers in a salad bowl. First, a layer of fried zucchini.

6. Next comes a layer of sauce, which is carefully spread over the layer of zucchini.

7. Next, lay out a layer of zucchini again. So we lay out everything layer by layer until the end. Put the dish in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Zucchini with mayonnaise and garlic sauce is ready.
